Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation by Customer
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Orders@mkentrance.com.
Cancellation terms depend on the order stage:

| After confirmation, before dispatch | Deposit may be non-refundable to cover processing costs |
| After dispatch / before installation | Cancellation subject to restocking and logistics fees |
| After installation begins | Cancellation not permitted |
2. Cancellation by MK Entrance
We reserve the right to cancel an order if the product is unavailable or discontinued, site conditions make installation unsafe or impractical, or payment terms are not met. In such cases, any amount paid for the cancelled portion will be refunded.
3. Force Majeure
MK Entrance is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, supply-chain disruptions, etc.).
4. Refund on Cancellation
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days. Any costs already incurred (custom manufacturing, shipping, site visit fees) will be deducted.
